How DAIO HR Consulting handles the information you share through this website.
DAIO HR Consulting, LLC (“DAIO,” “I,” or “me”) runs this website at daiohrconsulting.com. This policy explains what information I collect, why, and what choices you have. I keep it short because I collect very little.
What I collect
When you send a note through the contact form, I collect your name, company name, email address, approximate number of employees, whether your employees are in North Carolina, and what you write in your message.
When you book a call, I collect your name, email address, company name, the time you choose, and anything you share in the booking questions.
When you visit the site, the companies that host it and supply its fonts may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type. I don’t use analytics or advertising tools, and I don’t set tracking cookies.
Please don’t include employee names, medical details, or other private information about individuals in the form or booking questions. A general description is all I need to start.
How I use it
I use your information only to reply to you, schedule and hold our conversation, and, if we decide to work together, to prepare a proposal. I don’t sell your information, share it with anyone for their marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
I use a small number of services to run the site and my business. Each handles information only as needed to provide its service:
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to my email.
- Google Workspace provides my email and the booking calendar.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces the site uses.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
If we don’t end up working together, I delete your enquiry and booking details within two years. If we do, I keep them with your client records for as long as I need them for that work and for my business records.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email brittany@daiohrconsulting.com and I’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for business owners and managers. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If I change how I handle information, I’ll update this page and the date below.
